Common questions
- What counts as a seat?
- Every person with a membership in the org, whatever their role. Viewers count too, because they still read the board in realtime.
- What happens if I outgrow the free plan?
- Nothing breaks. Creating the fourth board or the 151st node asks you to upgrade; everything already on your boards keeps working.
- How large can one board get?
- Paid plans set no node cap, and the canvas is tuned to stay at pan-and-zoom speed to roughly 500 nodes and 800 edges per board. Past that it keeps working, but split the graph across boards and it stays pleasant.
- Can I downgrade?
- Yes, and nothing is deleted or hidden. The limits apply to creating things, not to keeping them: an org back on Free keeps every board and node it already has, still editable, and every member keeps their seat. Two edits do stop while you are over a Free limit — nesting one node under another, because Free boards are flat, and un-archiving a board when three are already active. Both come back the moment you are inside the limits, or the moment you are back on Pro.
- Do you offer a trial?
- The free plan is the trial, and it does not expire. Start there and move to Pro when the team boundary makes it worth it.
